Baja Trip Rules
Rules for the Baja Mx. 2012 SCORE Baja 1000
The Rsenal Racing rules for this trip are as follows. These rules are to be considered final and the winning participant will be expected to comply with these rules. Winner is not awarded a racing position on the team but is expected to participate as a support member to include but not limited to pre running, pit crew, support etc.
1. Winner will be selected by having participated in ‘all’ the 2012 Mile High Desert Racing events.
2. Winner will have accumulated the highest final points by winning each race in the series.
3. Multiple winners with the same amount of points will be entered into a raffle system for the winning position.
4. If that winner (#3 above) does not comply with all rules expressed in this form, the next raffle winner will be selected and so on until a winner meets all rules.
5. Winner must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
6. The points, or raffle winner is the ‘only’ person that will be selected to go to Baja.
7. This prize is only for the year 2012 Tecati SCORE Baja 1000.
8. The prize has ‘NO’ monetary value to the winner.
9. The winner will be expected to cover his or hers food expenses while in Baja.
10. Transportation and lodging to and from the Baja race will be on Rsenal Racing Inc.
11. Participant will be expected to help the Rsenal team and be a productive member during the event and present an ‘outstanding sportsman’ like contact while with or without the Rsenal Racing team. Other possible duties are Pre running, logistics, radio communications, transportation, satellite tracking and the ability to blend well with all Rsenal Racing team mates etc.
12. Rsenal Racing management has the ability to cancel or modify plans or personnel for this trip to best suit the team and its ability to win the race, and to have a well balanced, organized and functioning team for the Baja 1000.
13. Winner MUST be able to understand orders and comply with management or team mates during sometimes highly stressful conditions. Example- No sleep for up to 30 hrs during the race, cold conditions, extreme dust, pit stops, and chasing and recovery of racers in all types of terrain and conditions.
14. Winner ‘MUST’ carry proof of medical insurance.
15. Winner ‘MUST’ carry a valid drivers license.
16. Winner ‘MUST’ sign an Rsenal Racing inc. release form prior to departure and show above documentation.
17. The winner must present a valid current American passport.
